Beet - root Rice:- Method:Cook rice with double the water, little oil and little salt. When it is done, fluff it with a fork and allow it to become warm or cool. In the mean while, chop onions and beets. Heat pan and add oil. Do the seasoning with mustard, zeera, urad and chana dals, green and red chillies, and curry leaves. Indian Mint Rice:-Grindmint,chillies,coconut d make in2 paste.Heat oil in a pan d fry cardamom,cloves d cinnamon. Saute onions in dat till dey turn transparent.Add d mint paste,peas & carrots d fry till all d ingredients mix well.Add rice & saute 4 few more mins.Nw pour coconut milk & water in2 d pan d bring it 2 boil.Add salt & cuk in Rice Cuker.Wen rice is done,just stir it once wid fork & add fried cashew & close it wid lid 4 abt 2mins.Mint Rice is ready 2 serve
